Makeup Geek Shadows | Review, Swatches & Dupes
It recently sprung to my attention that I’ve never actually written a post on my favourite shadows of all time – so it’s time to change that. Do you agree? Makeup Geek shadows are truly are the best shadows I have ever used and my collection is forever growing. I think everyone needs these in their life. So, I’m giving you the run down of the shades I own as well as those all important swatches and dupes.
The main reason why I just can’t get enough of these shadows is because of the intense pigmentation. I’ve not experienced a single ‘dud’ shade, I continue to be impressed every time I make a purchase. Marlena (founder of Makeup Geek) continues to work so hard on the formula of the shadows, I feel like they’re finally starting to get the attention they deserve. I also love the variation of shades available. There is something for everyone whether you’re cool toned, warm toned, have light skin or dark skin. I honestly can’t recommend these enough. I’ll let the swatches do the rest of the talking.
Makeup Geek have numerous almost identical shades to MAC. Marlena mentioned all of them along with swatches on her blog. Take a look to see the dupes side by side.
