Morphe Brushes Review, MAC Dupes, Tutorial & First Impressions

Hey everyone!

I had a few requests to do a review based on the Morphe Brushes products in my most recent Unboxing Haul. I haven’t even tried all of the products yet so today I present to you, a first impressions, review and a tutorial using all of the products & brushes! I wanted to give you the best impression of the products which is why I decided to do a tutorial using all of them. I also mention which of the items I love and would repurchase and also some cheeky Mac dupes (which of course, we all love).

I bought three products including:
1. 35W – 35 Color Warm Palette – $39.99 $19.99
2. 20 Con – 20 Color Contour/Concealer Palette $33.99 $16.99
3. 9B – Blushed Blush Palette – $39.99 $19.99

Further to that, I bought four brushes including:
 4. MB28 – Spoolie – $1.99
5. M431 – Precision Pencil Crease – $9.98 $4.99
6. M439 – Deluxe Buffer – $13.99
7. MB5 – Deluxe Duo Foundation – $13.99

Please drop me a comment if you would like me to do a look using these products! Don’t forget to check out my previous review on the 9B – Blushed Blush Palette!

  1. I love the contour palette and the quality of the morphe brushes is totally visible with the makeup look that you have pictured above.

    1. Thank you! Yes I love it so much. Glad you enjoyed 🙂

  2. mashmato says:

The shades in the pallet are lovely and look amazing, I love the makeup style you went for

    1. Thank you so much! The colours are amazing, it’s probably my favourite morphe palette.

  3. did you like the brushes?

    1. Loved the brushes! They’re so soft and very similar quality to my Sigma ones which cost double or triple the price!

  4. I’ve never tried Morphe, but my friend, who worked for MAC SWEARS by Morphe and would wear their shadows and tell people she was wearing MAC at work.

    1. You should! Haha that’s so funny, can’t believe she does that! They have some great dupes and the price is sooo right! Amazing quality shadows. Xx

      1. that is exactly what my friend told me and she said that the palettes are virtually identical to the MAC ones she sells and highly pigmented

        1. Yep! The one I got is so similar to the mac warm palette! I think they’re better than Mac

      2. hehe, she says they’re better quality, too- I’m sold now!

        1. They’re so cheap! Haha I can’t get enough.

          1. cheap and well made=fantastic

You know, all of this stuff costs very little to manufacture. What we see from the premium brands is that they get us for the BRAND. They spend pennies to make them and we pay BIG MONEY for the name.

          2. Yep! Exactly. It’s awful actually – makeup geek is the same as morphe but a tad more pricey. I prefer makeup geek for the selection of individual shadows! Don’t think I’ll buy Mac anymore, there’s no need to!
