Summer Makeup for Blue or Green Eyes | Tutorial

Today I filmed a new makeup tutorial inspired by Summer. This look uses a lot of shimmery eyeshadow shades and warm ambers, perfect for people with blue or green coloured eyes because it will really make your eyes pop.

This look was based around my Makeup Geek shadows including Peach Smoothie and Purely Naked and the Jaclyn Hill Favourite’s Palette by Morphe.

Brushes Used (in order):

Sigma E40 – Blending Brush
Sigma E45 – Controlled Blending Brush
Sigma E20 – Short Shader Brush
Sigma E15 – Flat Definer Brush
Sigma F80 – Flattop Kabuki
Real Techniques Setting Brush
Real Techniques Sculpting Brush
Sigma F30 – Powder Brush
Sigma F20 – Large Powder Brush

I bought two brushes from Real Techniques over the weekend and I used them for the first time during this tutorial and I am SO pleased with them. They are very soft and make blending such an effortless process. I used the setting brush to blend in my under eye concealer, it’s the perfect size. I used the sculpting brush to apply my contour under my cheekbones, around my temple and jawline. I feel that these are the only two brushes that didn’t come with my Sigma Premium Kit that I need.

All of the other brushes used are from the Sigma Premium Kit (below). I’m absolutely in love with this set! It’s changed the way I apply my makeup. See my review on this kit here.
