Jaclyn Hill Favourites Palette by Morphe Brushes | Rubbish or Repurchase?!
For celebration of my new HD camera (yay!) I decided to do a complete tutorial using just the eyeshadows from the Jaclyn Hill Favourites Palette by Morphe Brushes. I was lucky enough to get my hands on this palette to show you a look using my favourite shades. I have never used this palette properly, only for swatching, so this was very fun for me!
The palette contains 28 matte and shimmer eyeshadows.
Unfortunately, the shades come with numbers rather than names to identify them.
♥ Pros & Cons to this palette ♥
♥ Good range of colours
♥ Very blendable
♥ Similar quality to Makeup Geek
♥ Creamy, not chalky
♥ Can create numerous looks with the different shades
♥ Have to apply a large amount to get the pigment
♥ Used makeup fix spray to enhance pigment
♥ Cheap, flimsy packaging
♥ No matte black
Below are a few screenshots from my new video. View the full video here or scroll down to the bottom of this page. To achieve this look I used shade ES13, followed by ES62, then ES74 with ES24 to darken the look up. Finally, I used ES4 as my highlight.
See my video demonstrating this tutorial below:
* Unfortunately this product has now sold out but DON’T FEAR, all of the eyeshadows that Jaclyn selected for her palette are always on sale individually anyway. Visit the Morphe Brushes site here. *
